A Unique Event
A lovely party where the guests each brought meat, fish, & main dish vegetable
items to be grilled by the chefs of A Fresh Endeavor In-home Catering Service.
We developed food to go around the grilled dishes.
Our Menu items are suggestions only, and flavor combinations can be changed for
a specific party. Example- The Spicy Turkish Lamb Meatballs could just as easily
be made with beef, chicken or turkey. If someone wanted skewered shrimp but not
in a Southeast Asian marinade then we could change the flavors to Greek,
Southwestern, African, etc...
This dinner was a combination of passed items and buffet type service per the
request of the host with several stations located outdoors, and a
large grill to prepare all of the main dishes.
50th Birthday Party
